Eco Smart Lighting allocates 7% of the total value of the order to shipping , orders that exceed the allocated amount may incur extra shipping charges after the sale has been processed, you will be notified before the order is dispatched of any extra charges. Orders will be shipped within 4-6 days after the order has been placed, given the products are in stock. Please allow anywhere between 2 - 10 working days for delivery. For a more accurate delivery time frame, please call (02) 9517 2701.
Eco Smart Lighting is closing over Christmas, so any orders made after the 17th of December 2017 will be processed on the 8th of January 2018.

Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
Within 7 days of receiving your order, you are able to request a return or replacement. As soon as you receive your order, be sure to check your products. To request a return/replacement, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call +61 2 9517 2701. The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product.
